Antigravity Health Dashboard & Monitoring Tools

Track your AI quota in real-time across Antigravity, Claude, Codex, and Gemini. From the community-built Health Dashboard extension to the fuelcheck CLI, here are the tools that prevent surprise quota exhaustion.

"How do I check my usage?" is one of the most common questions in the Antigravity community. The built-in monitoring is minimal, but community-developed tools fill the gap. This guide covers every monitoring option available — from built-in features to third-party dashboards and CLI tools.

1. Why Monitor Usage?

  • Prevent surprise cooldowns: Hitting your weekly limit mid-task is disruptive. Monitoring lets you pace your usage.
  • Identify token waste: Bloated GEMINI.md files and unnecessary tool calls consume quota silently.
  • Budget across tools: If you use Antigravity, Claude Code, and Gemini CLI, you need a unified view.
  • Detect anomalies: Unexpected usage spikes can indicate a misbehaving agent or MCP server.

2. Built-In Monitoring

Antigravity includes basic quota information in the UI, but it's limited:

  • Status bar indicator: Shows current model and a rough quota status (available/limited/exhausted)
  • Settings panel: Shows your plan tier and credit balance under account settings
  • Rate limit warnings: Pop-up notifications when you're approaching limits (but often too late)

For more detailed built-in monitoring, see our cockpit dashboard guide.

3. Antigravity Health Dashboard Extension

The Antigravity Health Dashboard is a community-built extension (currently at v1.5.6) that provides comprehensive monitoring directly inside the IDE. It has over 100 upvotes on developer forums and is the most widely-used monitoring solution.

Features

  • Real-time quota usage visualization with progress bars
  • Per-model breakdown (Gemini Pro, Flash, Opus usage separately)
  • Historical usage charts (daily/weekly trends)
  • Token cost estimation per conversation
  • Cooldown countdown timer
  • Agent activity feed (what each agent is doing)
INSTALL HEALTH DASHBOARD

In Antigravity:
Ctrl+Shift+X > Search "Antigravity Health Dashboard"
Click Install

Access:
Click the heart icon in the sidebar
Or: Ctrl+Shift+P > "Health Dashboard: Open"

4. fuelcheck CLI

fuelcheck is a command-line tool that checks your usage across multiple AI platforms simultaneously: Antigravity, Claude, Codex, and Gemini CLI. It's ideal for developers who use multiple tools and want a single view.

FUELCHECK CLI

# Install
npm install -g fuelcheck

# Check all accounts
fuelcheck

# Output example:
Antigravity Pro    [========    ] 62% used  Resets: 3d 14h
Claude Max        [====      ] 35% used  Resets: 5d 2h
Gemini CLI        [==========] 100% used Resets: 1d 8h

# Check specific platform
fuelcheck --antigravity
fuelcheck --claude

5. Account Tracker Tools

Several community members have built web-based trackers that provide visual dashboards for monitoring usage over time:

  • Browser-based dashboards: Web apps that connect to your Antigravity account and display usage charts, spending breakdowns, and predicted quota exhaustion dates.
  • Notification bots: Discord and Slack bots that alert you when quota drops below a threshold.
  • VS Code status bar extensions: Lightweight indicators that show remaining quota in the IDE status bar without opening a full dashboard.

6. Setting Up Alerts

The most effective way to avoid surprise quota exhaustion is proactive alerting:

  • 75% threshold alert: When usage hits 75%, switch to lighter models (Flash instead of Pro) for non-critical tasks.
  • 90% threshold alert: Start rationing. Only use Pro/Opus for high-value tasks. Batch simple questions.
  • Cooldown start alert: When cooldown triggers, switch to Gemini CLI or fallback workflow.

7. Weekly Quota Budgeting

Plan your usage across the week to avoid hitting limits during critical work:

WEEKLY BUDGET STRATEGY

Mon-Tue:   Heavy development (use up to 50%)
Wed-Thu:   Moderate usage (use 30%)
Fri:       Light usage / review (use 15%)
Reserve:   Keep 5% for emergencies

Use Flash for: explanations, formatting, simple edits
Use Pro for: architecture, debugging, complex refactors
Use Opus for: critical decisions, security review
